Sis P I have not had the flu or being sick for a long time but this ya cold season have floored me for six. I exercise (walk and cycle) at least 3 times per week. I have watched what I eat and have been doing so more keenly in the last two years. I eat two fruits per day and yet the flu have me down and almost out. Home now for day 2 and working from home to help kill the boredom but I am soooooooo weak it is unbelievable. I too am at lost as to what else to do. I have resorted to taking that nasty tasting Buckleys. I have not tried the rum and black coffee as I do not drink either but I feel as if my limbs are belonging to someone else, the chest pains from the coughing is unbearable the sneezing is uncontrollable. My bottle of OJ and grapefruit juice is almost done and the pot of soup hubby made for me is there but I am so weak and tired and feel like the world has stopped since I am not out there skipping while its spinning. Are there any other suggestions for a speedy recovery? PC no wise cracks I cant handle it now.
