Oh, I'm thrilled with the idea of another AckeeEater being an ambassador to a foreign court. It of course started with the senior one, JCCF Sgt. AckeeEater (Sr) representing the Yard in T&T at 16+. Then came his first-born, AckeeEater Jr, being Ja's chess champ for his age-group, doing battle for the Yard in PR (Greece didn't work out).

So, you see, Miss Piper, I wouldn't deny her her (now hereditary??) right. But my first objection comes from the timing-- during the school year. She got a couple of B's last year and need to bring those up to A's like her other subjects, this being her last year in HS. Now, they say tutors will travel with them but I still don't know if that'll be enough. This is really not something to experiment with.

The other thing is that she, being my only junioress, is held within traditional J'can standards. I have no idea of just how "tight" the running of this outfit is, especially away across the ocean.

So any word on how responsible they may be would be welcome.

Yes, I would go and talk to them myself first, of course. But that'll only happen if I'm tending toward a yes.

Thanks for the word on their quality of performance. All indications are that they are worth their salt. Go or not, I'll be catching a show soon.
