Sis HR, everytime I make that a personal resolve, I find myself on a plane within a month.

I tell you, I have three tins of callalloo(?) in my pantry right now and they never looked more appetizing. I have always felt that a comprehensive study should be done of the Rasta community in JA to see how diet relates to wellness/longevity. I remember a man who became the first Rasta where I grew up. He had his whole family get off meat and they only ate that ital food. There wasn't a healthier family in the community, from all appearances.

I don't want pilots to be armed with pistols either.

To quote from the same article: "Most female CEOs are weary of talking about gender and say their 2003 group performance is nice but means nothing."

I don't advocate keeping women out of leadership because I feel they are inferior to men. I would concede that women may at times be superior to men in temperament and make up. BUT, their original role was to be in the home and that still is the ideal. As such, they have to defer to men on many fronts. I do admit that things have changed but that has all been due to SIN and some things just cannot be reversed in the 21st century. Either we accept the Bible's position on certain things are we don't. For now, I am going with the injunction that the man is God's chosen vessel to lead.
