Over the holidays I invited some staff over to the house, served sorrel, they loved it. Office is having a after holiday party in January and wants the caterer to make some sorrel (punch dem call it). I don't have a recipe I just throw in lots of ginger, red label and a little whites to taste, anyway, now sure what the ratio is with sorrel and ginger etc. So if anyone has a recipe please post so that I can give to caterer.
