Sis Dine: my previous argument which Yardy refers to pertains to the fact that I said or implied that the reason JLP was not successful at the polls, was because the massess were fools to vote for the PNP after being brainwashed. The entire James Roberston saga and the manner it which was handled, prompted me to retract that statement. The JLP did not at the time present itself as a cohesive body that respected the democratic process, and the reason for that, in my opinion was the way in which Seaga handled his suspicions. After that incident, I began to see a "pattern of perception" that Jamaicans may have been having about the party and the fact that Babsy and Bartlett got the boot, confirmed my thought change in the party is inevitable and for the best. YG and I even debated on that some.
It had nothing to do with how the PNP viewed Jamaicans. Nonetheless, I firmly agree with you on that point.
