That's precisely the point I make over and over again. Racism is the single most devide between black people and due process. What a crying shame. Here we have a young, bright prosecutor, who no doubt, has an impecable record of success during his tenure. The man was found brutally murdered like a dog, and before the investigation can even begin, a scandalous picture is already painted of the man. Where is all that mention of his accomplishments? They have ruled out all but one possibility, that his personal lifestyle is directly related to his murder. Would the investigation have taken this turn had the victim been white? I think not!
