{{IF you think that the young warriors are finished with their goals to clean up the Jamaica Labour Party's 40-year-plus war room, you have made a sad mistake. It is going to be a clean sweep, the likes of which you have not ever experienced in a political party in this country. The change is coming from the heart of those who have watched the leadership style of one man whose character is easily put in the old cultural background.

It is felt that this man knows nothing more than war when it comes to political change but he alone must be the arbiter of what that should be. Part of the analysis is that the lessons he has learnt from Buxton Town and Tivoli, he is willing to take hook, line and sinker to another level in treating with the growth and development of the JLP's leadership core. Eddie does not welcome those who propose to bring something new to the table unless they kneel before him in recognition of his own languid control of the keys to the promised political land. Mind you, there is no disrespect among his underlings for the goals which he has been able to achieve in the past. However, they realise that things have changed to the extent where a new day is dawning which has sadly and unexpectedly swept Seaga and his choir boys into the chat room of political oblivion.}}
