And what's so wrong with that??? As far as I'm concerned, condoms need to be placed at every newspaper stand and even traffic lights, for crying out loud! What else do we suggest the state do - call out the national guard to hold people at gun point, to ensure they don't have unprotected sex????? Please!!!! We point fingers at the state for being the cause of the problem, yet when the state proposes preventative measures, albeit quick fixes, we find reasons to condem. While I support responsible behavior, I also support people's right to have sex when ever/ where ever they choose. And believe it or not, buildings don't have to be locked. People do have sex on the job.
