I really don't have a gut feeling, it's more a "anybody but PJ" feeling that I have. Both parties have a top down administrative structure (though some - the JLP under ES - have been more top than down) so it is somewhat hard to tell what they could do without having to run to PJ for the go ahead. None of the four have ever been PM. Who knows what they would do with that type of power. Though I must admit if past performance is anything to go by it might not amount to a whole lot.

But you never know.

When Donald Sangster died, a man who had lived and worked in the shadow of a legend called Busta, and who did not exactly overwhelm his party or Jamaica as someone who could lead the country, became PM.

The rest is history.
