: Sorry for posting the article on Cunningham wearing a wire which you already had. I had somehow missed it.

: I'm totally knocked out by that article. To think Clinton was impeached over you-know-what, plus millions spent on Whitewater investigation of Bill and Hillary which was pushed by the repugs and their media-owning corporate friends!! Man, oh, man! Wow! What have these SOBs done to America??
I'm totally enjoying the bumbling twits in the NYS repugnican party as they play Abbot and Costello trying to find someone to run against Hillary. Pirro, with her jailbud husband was their best candidate. And her big argument against Hillary was that Hillary was planning to run for president. Eediat!

It's been quite a fall for Tom DeLay, R-Texas, the House majority leader who formally stepped down today as he awaits trial on charges of conspiracy and money laundering. He retains his seat in Congress but reliquishes his leadership role.

Summary:
On Hardball, host Chris Matthews repeatedly mentioned Sen. Hillary Clinton's (D-NY) decision to donate to charity $2,000 in campaign contributions received from American Indian tribes represented by lobbyist and felon Jack Abramoff, yet virtually ignored the $6,000 and $69,000 in campaign contributions received from Abramoff and his clients by President Bush and House Speaker J. Dennis Hastert (R-IL), respectively -- contributions both have also pledged to donate to charity.
