Only difference here is management always cover it up and unions help them. Victims are always silenced even by courts. You see here in canada, if the place is unionized the employee gets blocked from going to court. Then the union draws out the process then blackmails the employee into silence and at best may offer a pittance for settlement. That offer is usually so insulting that most walk away bruised and battered twice at least. As to those arbitrators- well they must be descendants of the crooks the Brits unleashed on such places as Australia and even here too. Take it from YG as gospel that workers and especially balck workers are beaten here even by managers.
