I am laying the blame squarly at the feet of some of the parents who set no example. Yes when dem pickney dead them dey pon tv a bawl sey him was good bawy but them damn well and know sey the pickney inah mixup. Watch their company.

Sis RR, I could not have said it any better myself. I believe when these parents (mothers usually) show up in front of TV cameras bawling, the cops should cuff them and take them straight to jail - straight to jail. Then they have the nerve to be saying "you say you are his friends, do the right thing and tell the cops what you know". Well, why did they not tell the "friends" and their now dead child that before it got to that stage??????

The shooting took place just doors from my office. Many years ago I gave up that boxing day madness shopping and so I was not even tempted to be downtown. What frightens the dickens out of me is that, these SOBs really don't care if is boxing day or any Monday to Friday when I am at work and may decide to come down from my 32nd floor seat and simply stand up outside or go sit in the square or like I had to do yesterday, go up to the bank - which forces me to have to walk right past the shrine that has been put up in the young lady's memory. I have stopped in that store many times - as recently as last month!!!!! Folks this is insane. These youths doing this thing should be granted NO MERCY, NONE. Sadly, I think this event has sent race relations back a few years - even if no one is saying it out loud!!!!!

Sis Dine, please be careful on the slopes. That is one thing that indeed drives fear into me. Lata
