Yardy, I understand your infatuation completely. I love my nano to pieces as well. I still marvel at how tiny it is, but yet so powerful! If only.... never mind:lol I now look at my portable CD player as a UFO object.

The cleansing thing is going great. I "backslided" over the holidays.. that damn sorrel.. but I am back on track. You see, Yardy, I am on this thing trying to be a little more spiritual, and learning to be more at peace with myself and others who tend to aggravate me in a bad way. I am understanding that what you consume, what you think, etc can attract a certain kind of energy, and I am trying to surround myself with positive energies, and not let the negative elements get too much of me. Hence my newly found habits. I am reading the power of intention by Dr. Dyer.

You know folks. I have an older cousin, I call him uncle since he is in my parents age group. He has six kids. 4 of them have "come to nutten". One got deported from the US, and another got deported from England. All 4 of them mixed up in drugs and what not.
My uncle, like many Jamaicans, came to the US, and worked is behind off. He is principled, never been in trouble with law, a disciplinarian, no nonesense kind of guy. I can't tell you how much I admire him. He has refused to take responsibility for his childrens behavior. Two of them are not even allowed to come near his mansion that he has now built for himself back home. He is so at peace with himself. He did the best he could providing them with an education and trying to be role model. He says he made the right choices, they made the wrong ones. These were cousins that I visited every summer here in the US when I was growing up, so I know the kind of home they were raised in. In the end, it is the kids choice.

Sis Dine. Don't bother with the banana splits on the slope...have a good one!!
